- Earn the rate shown in your offer on collected subscription revenue, excluding tax and before payment processing fees. Free accounts, free signups, unpaid invoices and one-time purchases earn no commission.
- The first sponsor address a new visitor opens receives referral credit for 30 days in that browser. Attribution attaches when a new customer registers. Existing customers and self-referrals do not qualify. Cookies must be enabled; switching browsers or devices may lose attribution.
- Each referred customer’s commission period starts at their first successful subscription payment and lasts 12 calendar months. Payments collected before the anniversary qualify, including an annual payment in that period. A cancellation or restart does not reset the clock.
- Each collection is held for 30 days. Refunds reduce commission in proportion to the payment, excluding tax. Disputed payments earn no commission. Adjustments after a payout reduce future payable balances; a negative balance carries forward.
- Rates are saved when each referral registers. Changes to the default or your offer apply to future referrals. Pausing a sponsor stops new referrals and hides the landing page; existing obligations continue.
- An administrator reviews applications. Your reserved address cannot be reassigned or changed. Customize only content you have permission to use. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission wherever you promote your link. No misleading claims, spam or referrals to yourself.
- Payments are arranged separately with ClickiClick and recorded by an administrator after sending. Becoming eligible does not initiate an automatic transfer. Do not enter bank details, tax identifiers or passwords in page settings or payment references. You are responsible for your own applicable reporting and taxes.
